How to change Authorization of Account

Webhost related - Problem 1:

You sent an order payment by using an email address that is no longer valid or accessable, but now you need the login data again.

We send the setup login instructions for a webhosting account *always* and *only* to that email from which the payment was made.

If you have no longer access to that email address, you got a problem that you can prevent as long as you can send funds from same email address as before:

You enter your moneybookers.com or paypal account and send EUR 5.00 to us, with Subject "Instruction" and body "change authorized email from oldemailaddress-used@xyz.com to my-new-email-address@abc.com"

Then we change all account(s) having that old email address as contact email to use the new email address as ONLY authorized contact email. You cannot undo this! Any further change requires same process.

Webhost or Domain Management related - Problem 2:

You sent a payment using our webforms for Domain Orders or the "Any Payment" form and set in an invalid/wrong beneficiary /destination

If we get a payment with an invalid or wrong email address (if for Domain Account) for Beneficiary/Subject or (if for Webhosting Account) wrong/invalid username/servername for Beneficiary/Subject, we credit the sent amount to the email address of the sender, IF that email address has an account with us.

If both fails, or if that was not the intention of the sender (maybe you sent funds for your friend's account but mistyped his username/email), then you have to correct it by same way as told above.

Domain Account related - Problem 3:

You lost password and stored email address is no longer valid/accessable.

Now you have a real problem, but there sstill is a way to get it managed:
Normal, if you lost the password for Domain management, the system send it to the stored emailaddress on request (Click on "Lost Password?")

But if you have no more access to that email address, only one way you can go:
You need to be able to send funds from same email address that sent the funds before to the Domain Account, and act as told above, but tell current email address AND User-ID for Domain account. Then we set in a temporarily password and and send it to the email address of the funds sender, and you can access by old email address and temporarily password and change both if necessary.

If you cannot do so, you need to contact Moneybookers.com or PayPal to re-etablish your email there.

This email must be same as told in payment as destination/beneficiary.
